Pastor Tim
Pastor Tim is a graduate of Olivet Nazarene University and served in student Ministry for 15 years in churches in North Carolina and the Chicago area before coming to serve as the Lead Pastor at Center Church in 2013. He has been married to his wife Nicole since 2001 and they have 3 incredible kids; Brady (17), Caroline (14) and Addison (11). Pastor Tim is passionate about leading with vision and mission and preaching the word of God in a way that is challenging, relevant, engaging and practical. When Pastor Tim isn't busy with the life of the church he enjoys a quality cup of coffee, riding his bike with friends, smoking meat, collecting vintage jazz records, reading a good book, supporting his kids at soccer and dance, traveling and complaining about his dogs Wrigley and Rizzo. Pastor Tim's favorite verse is a moving target but if he had to pick one he would probably say Romans 12:1-2.
Pastor Gabe
Pastor Gabriel joined Center Church staff in the spring of 2023. He, and his wife Anna, along with their children Gabriana and Copeland, moved to Conway from Carthage, MO where they served Carthage Nazarene for 5 years. Gabriel has gathered 10+ years of worship and creative arts experience through stops at Camp Table Rock, Beebe Nazarene (where Gabe and Anna are originally from), Carthage Nazarene, and now here at Center Church in Conway! Gabriel is passionate about leading people into an atmosphere of musical worship and praise; and guiding/training people in music and church related tech. Gabriel enjoys playing golf, basketball; watching anything Razorbacks sports related, spending time with his family, learning about history, and hanging out with friends. Gabriel’s favorite verse in this season is Proverbs 3:5-8.
Pastor Joel
Joel joined us in June of 2025, relocating from Carthage, Missouri. He is a 2023 graduate of MidAmerica Nazarene University, where he also met his wife, Tori. Joel and Tori welcomed their son Beckett into the world in October of 2025. This marks Joel's second position as a youth pastor. In his free time, Joel enjoys golfing, watching sports, and spending time with family and friends.
Janet Miller
Janet Miller is our Center Kids Children's Director. Janet is a graduate of Conway High School and the University of Central Arkansas! She has a passion for the development, care, and growth of our kids and their families. Janet and Chip were married in 2001 and have been faithfully plugged into Center Church for many years.
